New drivers for network cards from RealTek

RealTek has released new version of drivers for its GbE & FE Ethernet PCI NIC (RTL8169/8110/RTL8139/810x/RTL8139C+Series).

Here is the link for Windows 98/ME/2000/XP: Driver v.5.649 (By the way, use download manager to get this file as RealTek servers are hopeless)
