Windows 2003 Server and Windows firewall

Great tip from Kevin Attard Compagno, Acunetix

Sometimes Windows firewall integrated in Windows 2003 Service Pack 1 is not functioning and it is impossible to get its properties. This condition might be caused by viruses or other malicious applications.

Kevin suggests reinstalling Service Pack 1 over the existing installation in this case. It should solve the issue.
