Apple is working on possibility to work with MacOS partition from Windows OS. They claim that it will be secure and MacOS users should not worry about security of their systems when they use Windows. I have my doubts about that because even if macos partition is mounted read-only it would be possible for trojans and viruses under Windows to sniff important data. If user is concerned about security so much i would recommend using virtualisation software on MacOS and install windows on virtual hardware. it will allow running Windows along with MacOS in quite secure environment.

Windows running on MACs may seem like it’s a vote for MAC systems but I believe that it’s a vote for windows. There’s no rush to get MAC os running on windows because there isn’t the demand. The demand is the reverse - MAC users are lacking the list of software and utilities that are avaialble for windows users. One of the major software categories is not business apps but games. Alot more MACs would be sold if they had the list of games that are available for PC systems. Also, one of the attributes that MAC lovers like to proclaim is that the MAC OS is not a target for adware, malware, spy sofwtare, etc. What happens now that windows is running on the MAC? Will they become vulnerable.

Thank You - Roger
